We partner with local ministries and organizations in order to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Plato Academy has rented space on our church campus beginning with the 2012 school year. A tuition free public charter school, Plato's vision is to provide students with an education rooted in Greek culture, heritage, and language. It is guided by the Socratic method and emphasizes critical thinking, character development, and experiential learning.

This summer, we will be collecting backpacks and school supplies for students of Plato Academy. Each grade (K-8) will be in need of at least two backpacks with supplies for students. Backpacks will be blessed during our 10am service on July 27th. Click the image to the left to download the supply list.

When we hear the word diapers, we naturally think of babies—but the truth is, many of our older neighbors also rely on incontinence supplies due to age or illness. Having clean, adult-sized diapers on hand can make a huge difference. It’s not just about comfort—it’s about dignity. It’s about helping someone stay healthy, confident, and connected to others without fear of embarrassment.

You are invited to bring in donations of adult incontinence products—things like pull-ups, pads, or flat underpads (the kind used for beds and chairs). Please make sure items are in unopened packages. You can bring them with you on Sunday and leave them at the front desk. Think for a moment about how hard it would be to stay social—or even leave your home—if you didn’t have the basic supplies to care for yourself. Without help, many seniors face that exact situation. Medicare and Medicaid often don’t cover these costs, and families can struggle to keep up. This is one of those simple, quiet ways we get to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community. Your donation—however small—helps restore dignity and health to someone who might otherwise go without. To learn more about the program, visit: https://www.agingcarefl.org/diapersfordignity.html
