sandy@reslargo.org

Sandra joined the Resurrection staff as Deacon-in-Charge on Pentecost 2023 and became Vicar upon her ordination to the priesthood three weeks later. She served Calvary Episcopal Church, Indian Rocks Beach as deacon for six months until she went to the University of the South in Sewanee, TN to complete her Diploma of Anglican Studies (DAS).
Sandy is a graduate of Union Theological Seminary in the city of New York and completed her field education at St. Luke in the Fields in the West Village. While completing her DAS, she served as deacon at St. James Episcopal Church in Sewanee.
Prior to leaving for Sewanee, Sandy managed multiple departments for a software company, all focused around client experience and relationship building. She believes that all people are children of God and, through Christ, can find wholeness.
She learned to love Church History during her time at Sewanee as it helps give the foundation for “why we do what we do”. As a Florida native, she loves being outside, camping or hiking, and finding God in all things.
